Trial Expiration Policy When your 14-day trial period ends, your content will be automatically unpublished. It will remain unpublished for an additional 30 days. If you have not upgraded to a paid subscription by the end of this period, your content will be permanently deleted.
Edit the collateral in your preferred application, then simply upload it again using the upload icon. This will maintain all existing shared links and preserve analytics tracking.
Generally, when a PDF report is not produced or fails to download, the root cause is often a page within the Calculator or ROI Model that contains no visible content. Pages with no active/visible content will prevent the PDF from being generated. By applying hide logic to the whole page instead of individual elements, you ensure smooth PDF generation every time.
Logout & Login to Resolve Issue Go to your ekphrastic.io dashboard. Click Logout. Log back in again. This simple refresh should resolve the issue.
